be upfront about shipping time and answer phone when people try to call and cancel their order because it's taking redicously long time to ship.
4WP Glendale is a great store. They are knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for their customers. Definitely my go to for parts for my Jeep.
Went into this location wanting to buy fog lights and even though there was four employees up front not one of them said a word to me the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. Not even a "Hello We'll help you as soon as we can". After 15 minutes I just left. This was the second time I've had a bad experience here but I wanted to give them another chance because I try to help out the local businesses.However this kind of customer service makes me shop eBay.
I had a great shopping experience here. The salesmen were very patient and answered all my questions. This was my first time at this location, and will definitely go back.
