Went in yesterday had some issues with my sons 4x4. Turns out I had some bad ball joints, no big deal. Until the guy behind the counter said “I am estimating easy $3,000.00 to fix it, but it will take a while to get you a quote! Little to say never got the quote so I ordered my parts somewhere else got them delivered and did it myself in under 6 hours. Oh yes the parts totaled a little over $500.00
I had my lifted 1997 Toyota 4Runner aligned there today. What a huge difference! Love my Toyota people down the street but they couldn’t align it like 4WP!
The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Any issues I've ever had were addressed promptly and resolved without any hassle. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I highly recommend this store.
It's been a month since my order was placed. 1 set of radiator isolators for a c10. That was it. I call the store and get told " I'll check into it, let me call you back" and never hear a word. No response to my email. Save your time and just buy from summit. At Least they stock parts listed on the website, not just order from a 3rd party when orders are placed. 4 wheel parts is a joke.
Manager is horrible so are the employees always have an excuse of why they can’t rotate and balance on the lifetime rotate and balance.
Fast Quick and in a hurry. Kirby is a go to guy Bunch of good guys I will be going back to get more work done.
