Ordered tires and i not them i had to email them asking why it was taking 3 months to get them. When i would email them questions they would only answer 1 out of 3 in each email. So 4 out of 15 were answer. Then they canceled my order. I call to see if it was canceled and that they need to update the status on the website. Then email them 2 days later saying they needed to update the status on the website and they just emailed back saying that it was canceled.

Don't buy from this store!!! I bought a Roof box last month and has not receive the product, i tried to cancel and they are giving me a run around. The product is not coming in til October. They told me i was notified that the product was arriving late but they never did that nit an email nor a phone call! I advise to stay away from this store!

ordered ranch hand bumpers through them had to wait 6 months to receive scratched up items .asked for a replacement but LORANA CRUZ in their call center has dropped the ball several times on my return,i have yet to receive any conformation that they are doing anything at all to right the situation .i even called one of the stores and the guy told me he could not find anything in the system regarding a return or a reorder for me . worst customer service i have ever had to deal with ,you literally have to wait on the phone for... read more
