In ordered a roof rack and a Sittybuilt tent. They shipped the tent fine. No problems. The roof rack showed it coming with cross bar mounts, just specifically not the bars. Whatever, so I order the bats separately. The box comes and is missing a bar and the one I got was broken. So per their "expedited return" I paid out of pocket to ship the box back. After seeing Free next day pick up if ordered before 3 pm I jumped on ordering my new soft top to replace my broken hardtop. After confirming the order over the phone @ 1:58 pm on 4/24/2020, I find out Saturday morning that the top was never ordered, but my credit card charge had went through. Tuesday 4/28 rolls around, and I am told that they cancelled the order on accident and I would have to wait a week to get my merchandise! THATS FALSE YOU ADVERTISE FREE NEXT BUSINESS DAY PICKUP! These guys send parts that you didn't order and that don't fit your vehicle just because that's what they had in stock. Return process is a pita with no end in sight. Do yourself a favor and keep away.

Horrible experience. Delayed shipping with no end in sight. No one returns calls or emails. I spent nearly $1k and no one is getting back to me and their online order tracking has been showing Processing for weeks now. The last thing I heard from them was the shipping was going to be received on June 31st.... Well guess what, there aren't 31 days in June, so I'll guess I'll never receive it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Hands down the best place to go for the parts you need. Not only do they carry everything, but their knowledgeable staff can suggest just what you need. Clean installs, friendly people, and a huge selection of parts has kept me coming back again and again. Definitely check them out. Most people only leave reviews here for negative reasons, I decided that people should here the good stuff too. Check them out, you won't disappointed.

I can't say enough about the guys/staff at the Parma Ohio 4wheel parts location. Especially my contact guy Joe Wagner. I'm not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to adding parts to my JEEP, and to a sales person, that could mean the opportunity to take advantage of a customer just for sales numbers. These guys though, especially Joe. He knows how to explain things and let you know what it is you need and what you dont need based on your price range and what's going to work best for you. This business is selling multiple parts for jeep vehicles that they are not telling you the full story on before you purchase the parts. It leaves your jeep unsafe to drive and definitely won't pass *********** Emailed customer support and they don't respond. It leaves you most time spending twice as much to purchase tools or other parts just so you can use the original part you purchased.

Advertised a transmission overhaul kit (Omix-Ada) online as in stock and shipped in 3 days. Ordered the part and when the part did not ship called customer service waited for a half hour and was told it takes 7-10 days unlike what was stated online. When the part did not come called back and was told it would ship directly from the manufacturer. Called Omix in GA and found out after two calls to them that it was on backorder and would take 60-90 days. I then called 4wheelparts to let them know what was going on with my order... read more
