Ordered tires and i not them i had to email them asking why it was taking 3 months to get them. When i would email them questions they would only answer 1 out of 3 in each email. So 4 out of 15 were answer. Then they canceled my order. I call to see if it was canceled and that they need to update the status on the website. Then email them 2 days later saying they needed to update the status on the website and they just emailed back saying that it was canceled.

Don't buy from this store!!! I bought a Roof box last month and has not receive the product, i tried to cancel and they are giving me a run around. The product is not coming in til October. They told me i was notified that the product was arriving late but they never did that nit an email nor a phone call! I advise to stay away from this store!

ordered ranch hand bumpers through them had to wait 6 months to receive scratched up items .asked for a replacement but LORANA CRUZ in their call center has dropped the ball several times on my return,i have yet to receive any conformation that they are doing anything at all to right the situation .i even called one of the stores and the guy told me he could not find anything in the system regarding a return or a reorder for me . worst customer service i have ever had to deal with ,you literally have to wait on the phone for... read more

Same game different Century . . . show it in stock wait a month to get it . . . oops wrong part . . . wait another month. Do Not Walk . . . Run Away as fast as you can and dismiss thoughts of EVER doing business with them. They make used car salesmen of the 20th Century, Carnival Barkers, Fuller Brush Salesmen and snake oil vendors look like saints. I ordered two parts. Neither part ever came, still was chatged for them, no phone call returned, emails go unanswered. Scam company, do not buy from them!

I wish I could write a review without even giving one star. This company is terrible and is hiding behind the pandemic as an excuse. Totally unacceptable to not answer phones, emails. They have charged me fully for large orders but have only shipped partially with no explanation. It has been a month now and I still only have half of my first order. No communication from company. I will never use this company again. I'd sooner pay their competitor quadratec more money for better service.

I purchased a Smittybuilt awning item on Amazon. 4WD Hardware was the seller. They charged my card for $232.00. An EMPTY box was delivered on 6/12. It's been a nightmare trying to reach them to get refunded. Sitting on hold for over an hour to only have a customer service agent ask me to hold again while researching! UPS states that this company has "blocked" UPS from accepting customer complaints about their shipments. Lie lie lie lie lie all they do is lie. They don’t ship orders they say they will and customer service doesn’t answer the phone email or Facebook. They just take your money and don’t have the products they say they do.
