This company is horrible. 8 months have went by! I was able to order a rear bumper and the tire carrier was on backorder. Every time I call its the same trash statements "expected next month".. The telephone workers get an attitude and only state they can set up a return... Sure I'll just return it and ride with no bumper...Stay away.. not worth the problems.

In a word, ***** You will not receive the correct parts when ordered, and if and when you do, good luck on reaching anyone when the parts do not work or you want a replacement. **************** does not exist, so do not bother.

Ordered 4 ***************************** all terrain tires, I received three correct tires and 1 tire that was a mud terrain and wrong size. **************** sucks! No response, no call backs/emails. Cant stay on hold forever. I was a long time customer, not going to order ever again. Lost another customer if that means anything for this company.

Do not buy form this company i ordered parts for jeep received half of order never received rest been put on hold over 2 hours 3 different days never got down to me after 2 1/2 hours on hold can't cancel order and get refund they don't answer emails or text.

Bought a set of coilovers and shocks for my truck form this company as a third party seller off Amazon. Thought I was getting an amazing deal and sale; however, the company claimed the sale price was a mistake and only sent me a single coil over instead of the complete set I had ordered. They were extremely difficult to get in touch with through customer service and hide behind the veil of the pandemic. This review is about The one in ********** ********.They advesertise on a promo 200 dollar back card when you spent **** or more on a smittybilt tent. This was back in april and they are still giving me the run around between corporate and the store owner. By the way ****** ***** *******and ******* are owned by the same company. I would not buy any of them any more.

Wasted my time!! I was in need of bushings for my vehicle and called a bushing manufacture, Energy Suspension. I spoke with their team, acquired part numbers and was told that I should call 4Wheel Parts who can submit the order. Probably okay if nothing unexpected happens with your order... that's when they become horrible. pros: has a physical store front cons: extremely poor communication my first email was the day after I picked up the drawer 10/22/21 (several emails and call attempts in between) their first reply 1/8/22 never let me know when my order was ready for pickup broken drawer loaded by 4wp employees in to my 4Runner not willing to work with the customer Placed a site to store order on 10/7/21. I ordered a set of BF Goodrich KO2 tires from 4 Wheel Parts. Instead of receiving the tires that was ordered, I received a set of Fox Racing shocks instead. The tires were ordered through Walmart.com. I contacted 4 Wheel Parts customer service department and they were of no help at all. They told me that since it was ordered through Walmart.com that I will need to contact Walmart and have them help resolve the issue.
