Extremely disappointing experience with 4 Way Investments, specifically, Stacy Stewart. We were in the process of leasing a space, had a lease pending, and were told when we toured the space that certain repairs-including the flooring or paint- would be addressed as long as we signed a two year lease. Instead, he went back on his word and to make matters worse he leased the space to someone else without any notice. Throughout the process, he was short and unprofessional in communication. I've been using 4Way for our rental properties for a few years now, and Robin and LJ are on top of everything. LJ will handle issues we have with the tenants if need be, and I don't have to worry about it anymore. - Just a review to say Thank you! We appreciate everything you do. -
