No customer service, not one smile in the whole place, seem to not care about their job.
They were all very helpful and gentle with my dog, Venice today and tried to make her comfortable with her visit. They were also very nice to me on the phone, at the front desk, and in the office. Thank you so much!
Love this place! They’re always so informative and always see is so quickly. Also we love the creditcare program they offer.
Though being a former employee, i may be a bit bias. My mom kept taking my dog to BVH with reoccurring issues that they stated nothing was wrong. I told her to make an appointment with 4 paws and I’ll take her in. My 15 year old shih tzu after seeing 4 paws staff came out a thousand times better, running, playful, jumping and excited a way she hadn’t been in years! Very nice and helpful staff. Treated my dog very well.
This was my first and last visit. Front desk was nice, then you go into the back and the vet assistant and veterinarian were rude as can be. They didn’t try to calm my puppy down when giving his shots and showed no sympathy. They didn’t care at all about anything with him. I will never take any of my dogs back there.
Had to have my German Shepard of 12 years put down today thank you to Halle and the Dr for making it as painless as possible. It's never easy saying goodbye to your fur kids. He will be missed for a long long time.
great service, very friendly. Does do the most to help out your animals.
