My bf original booked the appointment to get her fixed her last week. They called and pushed back the appointment for this week. They called him and let him know it would be an extra charge because she is in heat. * Get a new manager with even an ounce of customer service skills, compassion, and understanding. Yes, you run a business, but you're in the hospitality field and should behave as such. * Not scam the customers who are vulnerable and concerned for their pets by adding charges that are unnecessary * Read your negative reviews and address them.. They could help you become a better business. You're widely known in the area as by far the shadiest pet hospital and that should upset you.

I took my Yorkie puppy (3mo old) there about 2 weeks ago cuz she was not active or being herself. They tested her for parvo, and test came back negative and she was diagnosed with some type of gastrointestinal sickness. They said her intestines were inflamed and she also had 2 types of parasites. They kept her at the hospital for 2-3 days and my bill was almost $1,400!!! They sent her home with 3 different medications, and i had to order 1 medication since they didn’t have it in stock. I took my cat in for them to check her skin. One of her kittens was diagnosed with scabies so I wanted to double check. I also went in with my friend, who I gave one of mama cats kittens to. We made an appt for the same day/time. It took 2 hours to be seen and leave in total. They said thay they did a scraping of the skin/cells to check and nothing came out of it.
