Dear Dr Patrick Thank you and all the great and the dedicated staff for saving my life, who would have thought that thread could do so much harm. You saw to me right away because I needed an operation to remove the thread I ate that wrapped around my tongue and went all the way to my small intestine, my overnight stay i was monitored through out the night making sure I was comfortable and my mom and dad where able to call at anytime during my stay. I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this hospital. Our cat was admitted for emergency care. During discharge, we were never clearly informed of how serious her condition supposedly was. We were repeatedly told that a urine sample could not be collected, that no definitive conclusion could be made, and were even advised multiple times that we could transfer to another hospital if we were unsatisfied.
