I visited on Friday, I tried the halotherapy and a cryofacial... I loved it. Especially the halotherapy, it was truly relaxing and energizing at the same time... I recommend giving it a try!
Full body cryo will make you feel like you've just had a good workout, and the Himalayan salt room is very zen! I didn't get to try the other treatments, but I will be back!
4 Elements Wellness is absolutely breath taking!!! Went for a Full Body Cryo session this morning and it was the best way to start the day. The Himalayan Salt room is BEAUTIFUL, best ive seen around. I am hooked!!! Staff is amazing...warm and friendly which is hard to find. I will be returning daily!!!!
