RecommendedEverything! Words cannot express how much I love 4 elements and the amazing staff..the concept is perfect and the services are as well. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, kind and a lot of fun too (needed for doing full body Cryo lol!) Incorporating the 4 elements provide the perfect balance for the body. Having an inflammatory condition, the holistic therapy I receive here helps my condition more than I ever imagined it could. Thank you 🙏🏻!
This is a Wellness center that caters to all the senses as well as the elements. The place is so serene you just want to stay and breathe it in.
Cryotherapy felt so great and energizing! I felt like I had woken up from a great nights sleep, went to the gym and drank a cup of coffee after only a couple of minutes of this amazing treatment!
The 4 Elements Wellness center is a beautiful spa in Princeton. The atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. I attended a guided meditation in the Himalayan Salt Room and absolutely loved it!! The speaker was very relaxing and of course the Salt Room was beautiful with pink salt on the walls. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed! They also have an infared sauna and a floatation room. Definitely worth the trip!!

I have had several treatments here and all of them were performed by a caring and well trained staff. The spa is immaculate. It is warm, inviting and your stresses melt away as soon as you venture in. Highly recommend the cryo facial. �
4 elements wellness center is a fabulous experience for pain and relaxation. I had the full body cryotherapy, facial cryotherapy, saltroom, and the infrared sauna. All I know is that I walked in there with a lot of pain and I left there feeling fabulous. The staff is fantastic, especially Silvia, Jenny, and the other girls are very helpful. I cannot wait to go back!! It was a great experience!!
