So happy it's so close to home. Will be frequenting often. Cryotherapy is AMAZING not to mention the halotherapy!! What a beautiful therapeutic room!! Fell asleep in there! Sinus issues be gone. � Definitely Princeton's next best secret! And it's 5 min from my center!! Cryofacial....my new best friend�
I really love this new establishment. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The salt room is perfect if you just want to relax and still get the benefit from the salt. I will definitely come back to try the floating therapy session. Owner and staff are very pleasant. Love it.

I did the Salt Room, Cryofacial, Cryotherapy, and the Infrared Sauna. Loved them all! The cryofacial was my favorite! I will definitely be returning for more. The staff is lovely and it has a spa-like atmosphere. Highly recommend!
This was such a perfect way to decompress right before the busy holiday season! We often run around making sure everything is perfect and everyone is taken care of that we forget to take care of ourselves! My favorite was the cryo facial. Took care of my sinus headache and left my skin looking amazing, rosy and new! The salt room was the perfect relaxing ending! I can't wait to visit again!!
I loved the couple's sauna, the salt room and light therapy. What a great staff, clean spa and nice music!
I appreciate the fine detail and attention the staff provides as folks experience this place. The salt room was amazing and great salinity. The sauna was cozy for me and my 6 foot 6 inch husband with some room to spare. I can't wait to try everything they have to offer!
