RecommendedAhhhmazing stay-cation! Center is calming as soon as you step in the door. Staff is friendly and helpful. This was our first time experiencing a float room or salt room and I would highly recommend both!
Absolutely loved the floatation! It was my first time so I had to “play” a bit with the water. It was very cool and relaxing. Can’t wait to do it again! Local Cryo felt awesome. Very cold but awesome!

I came in with migraine and aches and pains in whole my body, but thanks for 4 elements cryo and salt room, I left the spa feeling like new again. Princeton and surrounding areas residents are so lucky to have this unique wellness spa. Owner Silvia is super nice and knowledgeable, she explains and recommends to you the best procedure, so you get the most out of your experience, and feels your very best. Thank you 4 elements! Loved every minute of it!
What a neat place with very different spa specialties. This was my Mother's Day gift, but I will surely be back. Pleasant experience and what a cool place.
