I am pleased to leave this review of my experience selling my home in **********, VA to 4 Brothers Buy Houses. My situation was a bit unusual as not only did I need to sell my home and buy a new one, I also needed to coordinate everything with the sale of another home in the family as well. I had a wonderful experience working with 4 Brothers! My husband recently passed away, and it was left to me to sell his "project" - an older home that was in the middle of a major renovation. This was the most transparent and seamless experience I've ever had with any business transaction. The coordinator, Kim, was amazing. She always responded to my questions promptly and if she could not answer she copied someone who could. The settlement took less than 30 minutes because I received all the paperwork in advance of the meeting. I choose to have ACH deposit and the deposit was made in less than 24 hours. Great experience!

4 Brothers contacted me about buying one of my houses that I had decided to sell to an investor based on the tenant moving out. Other investors also contacted me but 4 Brothers came in with the best offer. When the tenant needed an extra 15 days to move, it was no problem with 4 Brothers.
