Every thing with 4 Brothers was GREAT, it went very smooth, the only problem was the title company.
I have never been tasked with selling a house and I had a great deal of anxiety about it. From the moment Ryan met us at the house, until the final signature on the documents, everything went quickly and smoothly. They even sent a notary to me to sign the settlement papers, which took 15 minutes. I was guided thru the entire process.
