Kevin was very nice and considerate. I was overwhelmed with my property. He assured me that I could sell my home in a very short time and that was exactly what happened! I felt the offer was very fair. I wasn't sure but I wanted to get back what I paid for the house. And that is what he did for me! The process was painless and professionally accomplished. There were no surprises to derail the deal. All my questions were answered in good time and accurately. They followed through with everything they said and closed within the time frame. I chose to sell to you guys because I knew it would happen quicker and would be a shorter sell time. I would be very comfortable working with you guys in the future. Kevin and I had a great rapport and he handled everything very professionally.

I sold my house in Capitol Heights to 4 Brothers. All of their personnel are good to deal with. I enjoyed dealing with them. They were there to answer all my questions. Victoria in particular has been great. This was the first house I've ever sold in my life and she was there to answer all my questions.
