Everything ran as smooth as silk. Closing day was during a snow storm and we closed virtually. Being very weak with technology I needed a lot of help. They were extremely patient and helpful. Great experience!
The process was very smooth And easy because of the professionalism of everyone I encountered from this company. The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. I lost my husband last year so I was doing this by myself and I felt very comfortable with my decisions and everything was explained well and I also felt very supported. All in all it was a very positive experience.

I was impressed. 4BBH have me a written offer that day, on the spot, came with the credibility kit , etc (that have me the confidence to sell to them. They gave a couple of options, and did something some other ppl didn't do - follow up! I was working on a short fuse , and my property was going to be taken. I was in a real right spot. From decision to closing, it was a little over a week! Although I took a big ****** with the price, I'm still happy with the transaction... I would definitely recommend 4BBH in a heartbeat!
