Jayne and I are acolytes of a mostly plant-based diet and often find it difficult to find eateries that can prepare high quality vegetarian dishes. 3rd and 3rd is not known, yet, as the go-to place for veggie-heads, but Chef Michael absolutely delivers on vibrant taste combinations, visual presentation, and interesting textures of the plant based menu items and my occasional longing for well prepared fresh fish.
