I found the clinic to be very caring, professional and astute .Also! the wait time and the time the dr saw me in room was not a long at all and it is a very comfortable atmosphere in the cutis building where it's located.Dr.G,Dr.Berks Dr.G and the entire staff
I will be looking for another practice since this one doesn't respect your time. Due to long waits at previous appointments, I scheduled the earliest available appointments (8am) during my last 3 visits. My Chart informs you that you should arrive at 7:45, but the doctors didn't arrive until around 8:30 for each visit. By the time the physicians are ready to see patients its 8:45 or later. During my last visit, my doctor didn't see me until 9:05.
Dr. Bartolozzi gave me a total knee replacement on my right knee seven months ago, and again on my left knee just a few weeks ago. I can't say enough good things about him, and his entire staff. From the months leading up to the surgery, to the day of the surgery, and the weeks after, I received excellent care. Everyone was professional, kind, gentle and caring. Of course they were extremely knowledgeable and always made me feel comfortable when there was something I didn't understand. I highly recommend Dr. Bartolozzi.
Great place friendly staff and a great doctor.
So...I like the doctors but their operations and management needs to be addressed. I come here regularly and I always have to wait significant time past my appointment. Frustrating! It's about respecting people's time. They don't. Today I had an appointment at 8am...x-ray technician comes rolling in at 830. I'm sure there are no consequences. Dr's are very good though.
