Not worth trying. Terrible management. Showed up for an apartment tour that I applied to last week and nobody was there. Called and had to walk to another office down the street just to be told that the apartment is no longer available. Don’t waste your time with this place or any other Borger management properties, it’ll be more trouble than it’s worth.

I moved into 3825 right before the COVID lockdown in 2020. It was refreshing with the floor to ceiling windows that allowed much needed sunlight. I've been a resident for four years now and the staff has always been welcoming and supportive. Its not a large building so tenants tend to be welcoming and friendly as well.
So many issues with elevators, trash, neighbors, etc. Markets itself as a “luxury” apartment but my experience was far from that! Trash chutes would be broken REGULARLY. The elevators barely function and has not been serviced since 2020. Packages are stolen and apartment management never seems to care or help you check cameras to locate the stolen goods. The light in my apartment went out and it took me complaining about it several times as well as threatening to withold my rent for the month for them to finally do something... read more
Krystal Cheeks is the BEST! I love my apartment. She was able to get me into the unit I desired and the entire rental process was smooth!!!!
