I moved into 3825 right before the COVID lockdown in 2020. It was refreshing with the floor to ceiling windows that allowed much needed sunlight. I've been a resident for four years now and the staff has always been welcoming and supportive. Its not a large building so tenants tend to be welcoming and friendly as well.
So many issues with elevators, trash, neighbors, etc. Markets itself as a “luxury” apartment but my experience was far from that! Trash chutes would be broken REGULARLY. The elevators barely function and has not been serviced since 2020. Packages are stolen and apartment management never seems to care or help you check cameras to locate the stolen goods. The light in my apartment went out and it took me complaining about it several times as well as threatening to withold my rent for the month for them to finally do something... read more
Krystal Cheeks is the BEST! I love my apartment. She was able to get me into the unit I desired and the entire rental process was smooth!!!!
We had an awesome experience touring 3825 apartments today. The building was very polished, we were greeted by the wonderful staff members. We loved the face to face intercom security feature to give our visitors access to the building along with fob access only to the floor you reside on. Unfortunately they didn't have any studios available for my partner and I. They referred us to other Borger communities, we would have completed the application process immediately if a studio was available.
