I would NOT recommend living at this property. The management team has been consistently unresponsive, disorganized, and dismissive of tenant concerns. After my lease converted to month-to-month, I was never provided updated terms or a renewal, yet management attempted to charge me for an extra month of rent despite my providing proper written notice. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! After staying here for two years, I am breaking my lease and so are several others. Here are the biggest issues: 1- Walls are paper thin. You will hear EVERYTHING that your neighbor is doing. From a cough, to a conversation, to closing the toilet lid seat. You’ll hear it. I had to sleep with ear plugs at minimum. 2- Your packages WILL get stolen. And management will do NOTHING to help. We have a package concierge that has been broken since I don’t know when. Not worth trying. Terrible management. Showed up for an apartment tour that I applied to last week and nobody was there. Called and had to walk to another office down the street just to be told that the apartment is no longer available. Don’t waste your time with this place or any other Borger management properties, it’ll be more trouble than it’s worth.

I moved into 3825 right before the COVID lockdown in 2020. It was refreshing with the floor to ceiling windows that allowed much needed sunlight. I've been a resident for four years now and the staff has always been welcoming and supportive. Its not a large building so tenants tend to be welcoming and friendly as well.
