Non-functional roof trash. The installation crew hooked up something wrong and the power co couldnt install the meter. My second payment is due this week, during the most expensive part of the year, and my panels havent been turned on yet. Theyve been on my roof since March, and it is now June. The installation crew was a bunch of unsupervised kids, I never saw the project mgr until weeks later when he stopped by with paperwork for the inspector. I signed a contract to install solar panels at my residence. It was in February 2022. After not receiving any updates or calls regarding it I started called and emailing the company. Finally they gave me an install date of June 2-3. I told both days off work and cleared my schedule only to find out they did not show up. Trying to communicate with them has been an absolute joke.

365 solar energy is a good company they care about their customers they treat them with respect it's just not all about the money with them

We are super happy we chose 365 Solar Energy for our solar project. We decided on installing the Generac back-up battery, and it has already been useful to us during a power outage last week. It took about 3 months to install and the solar rep ****** was excellent to work with.

This was an incredible experience to be able to go solar with 365 Solar Energy. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and was able to set us up with the perfect size system for our home. We also elected to add a Generac battery with our solar. In the time weve had our system, which is 1 full year now, weve been saving money from utility bills. Also our area has had 5 power outages with Duke Energy, but since we got the battery, we have not seen any loss of power which is incredible! We keep hundreds of dollars wort... read more

Me and my husband were very excited to utilize our natural resources, hopefully saving money and getting solar panels. After waiting almost 4 months for them to actually be installed they never set up the meter to keep track so two weeks later they finally sent someone out. We were told we would get a state and federal tax credit in the amount of **** and we did not receive a fraction of that amount. Apparently you can get UP TO said amount. That amount was due to go to the payments and now we dont have the money for those. ... read more

This isn't my first time getting solar. My wife and I got solar on our last home. There were so many problems from the start. The company we used for our solar POWER on our HOME was awful. Problems with the install, our roof, connections, etc. We almost didn't get it again on our new place, but my brother uses 365 and so we called them out.So glad we did! They've been terrific! From the install, to turning on the system, everything has been seem less. Our energy **** is super low and it looks great. Very pleased.

The people at 365 solar energy are great to work with. They made sure all my needs were met and they made a plan perfect for me. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
