My solar panels are still under warranty, but it is my understanding the company is permanently closed. Am I left on my own to find out why they are not producing energy to the grid a expected?

This company is absolutely absurd. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. You think you are trying to make the world 'more energy efficient' and save money. Meanwhile, the amount that was agreed upon was doubled and the financing company has only been putting our payments to interest only and not the principal. We were also told we would get about 9 to 10 thousand back through a ***** and only was able to write off $112.00. Like I said, they also financed us for double what was quoted. S365 Contractor ********************** prey upon the sick, elderly and naive people in the community. The lender or financial institutions such as Mosaic LLC condone this type of behavior, both our in bed together. They con the homeowners with a product that no other solar company will complete because its not their equipment and dont want to go behind someone else work. The company drove from ********* to ********* to install solar panels on my house. We scheduled a day from them to come hook it up and they did not show up nor call. When I did speak to someone on the phone, they said they did not even have me scheduled. A year later, I can not reach anyone on the phone nor will anyone respond to an email. I need to get information about filing for tax dedication. They company is horrible! Has anyone been able to contact them?

We bought our solar panels over two years ago. Were not making enough to even come close to paying for them cant get a hold of anybody we are going in the hole every month we were told that we would be able to pay for either our electric bill or the solar panel bill with the amount that we would be making and we are not we heard the company went under so now what do we do?

I was pressured into installing the panels while I was going through a separation by 365 Solar saying that they were going to *** me .I got my panels installed by 365 Solar Energy in Sept. 2023. I receive a little credit in Oct and Nov. then started paying electric bills that are $500.00 since then. I tried calling 365multiple times from Jan. until now. Left many messages but no return calls. I called Generac and they told me that it could be a communication problem and that I should try calling 365. I am a single Mother pay... read more

Like the others, I would leave a zero star if possible. Everytime we have tried to call their website number it says "we must have dialed wrong, try another number" which there isn't one! We got solar for the tax credit that was promised and we truly wanted to "go off the grid" but this company is full of lies! We don't know what to do at this point

We got our panels installed by 365 Solar Energy in March of 2023. We receive a little credit in May, a little more in June, less in July and August. September and October none, then started paying electric bills in October, November and December, 2023. ******* electric bill was $600.00. I tried calling 365 Monday and Tuesday of this week and left 5 message on one phone number and 3 messages on the **************** number, no return calls. This company scams people. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE AT ********** OF TIME AND MONEY. Drove by their ********* location and they had boarded up windows. I am definitely contacting a lawyer!
