365 Solar Energy uses predatory sales tactics and misleading proposals which lead customers to believe they are getting more value for their money than they actually are. The main offender being the Energy Efficiency Package. This package artificially inflates the proposed solar offset and often times leaves the customer with a larger remaining power bill than they were told in their consultation. Our customers have had their snaps changed out and we monitor the ones that are still working with ******* snaps so that we are able to stay on top of the issue and get our loyal customers serviced. Im not sure this company is even still in business. They installed my panels a year ago. I was happy with the installation process and with my lowered power bill for almost a year. Unfortunately, now the system has stopped working for some reason. Ive been calling the company and emailing them and messaging them every day for over a week With no response. i have tried to work this company to resovle my problems,but i keep getting the same answer we will get back with me.my duke power was suppose to be going down but i am paying more in duke power bills than before.we sent them our bills for the 3 months but haven't heard anything yet so i am reaching out to somebody that can help *** a lawyer or something.

When I signed up for panels I was told it would be installed in **** weeks. I had buyers remorse after signing and called to cancel the order. I was told by *** in the office that I was a day late and could not cancel as work had already been started on the project. I questioned him on that as I was told all was done in house. I was worried about losing my job and he said if I cancelled I would have to pay $5k. I then asked him to send my the layouts if work was done. I then asked when the install would be. Today 365 Solar Energy sent a technician, Sage, out to service my solar problem. From the moment **** arrived he was very understanding. I asked him a lot of questions and he was very patient answering each question I had. My problem was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you, **** for your help today.

I live in ******* with a 3,000sqft house and they were in and out within a day of me being at work. It was fast and efficient with little to no oversight. A great business and a great way to help the environment. Also, very affordable once you calculate how much you save after seeing your electric bill.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. Do not get solar panels with this company. I have had solar panels now for about 9 months and have regretted every second of it. My Duke Energy power bills are exactly the same as they have always been; all summer my power bills have been over $100 and on top of that, I am paying $175 a month for the panels, so I am paying an exorbitant amount for energy use, and I am a fairly conservative person when it comes to how much power I use. Hello,I am not getting any response from ****** or the when I phone in to customer service! I need to know what is going on with my house being so hot while my central air is constantly going! I am sweating sitting in my house!!! This happened after my system was put in on the 29th! I let ****** know while they were here that it felt hot in my kitchen and one of the bedrooms.
