Shame i can't give an even lower rating than 1 star for 365Solar!! I had solar panels installed on my home in April 2023. Since then,my lowest electric bill was $162,and that was for January,2024. No electric bill had been under $182 and i had 2 bills over $400 last year!! I have not benefitted from having these panels installed and my electric bills have been roughly what they had been prior to these panels being installed. The reason I'm giving this company one star is because I can't give them zero stars. Stay away from 365 Solar! If I had it to do over again, I would NOT do business with this company. They didn't install the required number of panels to provide enough energy to do what was promised. The panels that they did install according to Duke Energy are not working properly. I've been trying for months to reach someone, to work on this problem, no one answers the phone or returns a message. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
365 Solar Energy, LLC is not a solar company I would recommend in the *********************. Since my purchase a couple of years ago I am still not set-up correctly and continue to pay high electric bills to my utilities company. My latest electric bill for Dec. was $284.00. I called the utility company, and they weren't able to assist me as they confirmed that their utility meter is set-up correctly. This is very disappointing when you have been promised a $14k Tax credit and based on our Social Security would take YEARS to recover. Had system since May 2022-what a nightmare.The contract states: If the Usage commitment does not meet the required usage, 365 will recover and make up the difference. 365 has NOT kept their word and has been dishonest/deceiving in their request. They took my Mother for thousands and continues to brush off the issues with her system. They've been out several times to fix an issue with WEEKS in between visits stating they need parts. Well, bring all the parts with you for her unit. Also, they sold her additional insulation and didn't bring enough, took them months and several calls to get them back out.
