I am in week 9 - down 20+pounds. The bigger measure of my success is in my energy levels and the ability to do exercise I could not accomplish 9 weeks ago. Makes it feel easier to continue: We would like you to release the word "achieve" or "earn" from your vocabulary and from your understanding, altogether; and we would like you to replace those words with the word "allow". I just finished week 7 and I'm already down 20 pounds! My blood pressure, cholesterol and insulin levels are all down! What is even better is I feel great!
