I am delighted to have had the opportunity to work with Natalie Hiddemen at 360 Balance to improve my balance and eliminate on going dizziness. I feel that I made far more improvement far more quickly than I had with any other program to eliminate my balance problems. Natalie has the ability to make the exercises and head movements seem more like a game than a workout.
