WORST EXPERIENCE EVER！ Caused so many problems for us！
I recently started working with 33rd Company, and am very impressed. I was introduced to Tom the owner through a friend. Tom was helpful, sharp, and it was obvious he was very passionate about the industry and his business. When we initially met, I talked with him about his company to learn more about how 33rd operates. It was very clear that they are dedicated to providing a great service to property owners and tenants. I would definitely recommend working with Tom and his team if you are looking in the Minnesota area.
33rd Company did a good job. They are very good at screening tenants, and I had no issues in the 5 years or so that they managed my rental home. They also do maintenance, and have a whole maintenance department I discovered, and a lot of contractors that help them as well. I would use them again. Thanks.
NB: Almost all of their high-star reviews are from Facebook profiles with no profile picture, no friends and no other posts. They are clearly fake. Perhaps keep this duplicity in mind before deciding whether or not they deserve your business. Treated me very rudely. They canceled a showing I had submitted a lot of personal information to schedule, and the reason they gave me for canceling the showing was incorrect.
