If you're looking for a company to collect checks and big fees from your HOA/CIC for "management" but not actually do anything, this is your company. I own multiple properties under their HOA management and they are incredibly unprofessional and lackluster. They will never actually visit the property, so if it can't be done by sending an email you can forget about it, and even those are rarely responded to. I have yet to call them and have someone answers. they do not respond to calls and emails. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I've lived in the Alderwood condos now for 5.5 months maybe 6...and they don't care about what tenants have to say or what their matters are in concern for their unit. I rent from a very nice gentleman and my family has been harassed left and right since I moved in, called 33rd to let them know some of their property owners are showing signs or racism and discrimination.
