I truly wish I was a better writer so that I could write a love poem to the chicken parm sandwich I just inhaled (and the person that made it). Thank you for preparing a perfect sandwich. Well-balanced between the warm bread, just the right amount of sauce and cheese, with chicken that was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the hints of basil and chili oil.
