33 North is the best place to live being a college student. The management is great and you can always count on Myah to be there when you need a helping hand. She is extremely efficient and goes out of her way to make sure things are handled promptly. The manager and assistant manager are also very ginuene and helpful with any situation I have had if any. I have lived at other student living properties and by far 33 has been the greatest place yet. They always have free food also, can't beat that.
If you want a great apartment right on campus look no further! 33 North is a little on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for compared to other student living properties. The staff is super chill and friendly and I know Myah is who everyone always runs to because she is really understanding and gets along with everyone. I have never had a problem with management since Greystar took over and even my service requests are completed the same day. I moved into 33 North this past semester and it has been so chill and a good environment overall. The main thing I was worried about was getting assigned random roommates but I worked with Myah and she made sure all my preferences were met. Now I'm chillen with my roomies everyday and enjoying school. THANK U MYAH 🍌🐒
For starters, Myah was very nice and got things situated for me right away. She was very professional. The only thing that could have been better for me during my "move-in day" was management letting me know that the apartment that I was supposed to move in to was not ready. So I didn't get to move in on the move in date, which is an inconvenience. Myah helped out as much as she could, but now it is a waiting game.
Hello!! I am currently looking to take over a lease for the fall of 2017 for a 4x4, 3x3. Please let me know if anyone is looking to get out of their Fall 2017 lease!!!
