I was helping a friend of mine research different complexes in the area. Your complex popped up as a potential home for her daughter, who may attend UNT in the future. When calling your office I was greeted very politely by an employee by the name of Myah. She was very knowledgeable when it came to all the questions that I had in regards to your property. Very impressed with the complex and Myah was extremely professional and respectful of our time. She is efficient but effective with showing us the highlights.
I have been searching for the perfect place to live for me and my best friend and we ended up deciding to check out 33 North and we fell in love. Myah showed us around and was the coolest person to work with she was funny, super cool and even told us about some organizations we are looking into while attending UNT. Honestly compared to every place I've been 33 North has stolen my attention and everywhere else is completely out of the question. I can't wait to experience this.
This place is terrible. We had a roommate dispute which could have been resolved easily but the office didn't want to relocate anyone. This resulted in an in-apartment brawl which still wasn't enough to make any changes. Once you sign the lease, you stop becoming a priority and they stop providing service. If you enjoy $200 move out fees after cleaning the apartment to a better condition than you first received it, lease .
I just moved in to 33 North this past week and I have had zero issues with anything. I know people always go off of reviews so I thought I should include my opinion. I worked with Myah and she spent about an hour and a half getting all my paperwork signed and even walked the apartment before I moved in to make sure it was up to my standards!!!!! I lived at UCentre before this and freaking hated it. I look forward to this year!
I have to write a review because Myah has helped me so much this week with having a problem with my portal account. She was the nicest about walking me through baby steps to fix everything and getting it handled promptly. I love this place!
