Denton friends: typically I wouldn't post something like this to facebook but its good for everyone to know. If you are looking for living next year DO NOT I repeat... DO NOT lease at 33 Degrees North. If you want to pay an insane amount of money for broken elevators, trashed hallways,amenities never working be my guest. But warning; if you ever have any issues and your safety is at stake (i.e. crazy dude on drugs banging on your door till the frame breaks, sexual harassment by staff members) don't count on the Grand Campus ... read more
