I say yes, but I also think living here means agreeing to constant solicitation and participation in their advertisement schemes. The apartment themselves are fine but the advertisements get annoying.
I am struggling to give a positive review as my son is graduating and mistakely signed via email a renewal for next year. They wont work with us to get out of it and instead is making us work to find someone else and pay a fee. How is this helping parents and students focus on what matters? I'm sorry but you need to update your process so for renewals both parent and student MUST Sign. I accidently signed it, and now its a legal binding policy and i need to work with my son to get out of the lease. Too much stress and hearta... read more
My daughter’s scooter got stolen from covered parking lot, they don’t have a surveillance cameras to trace it but claim they have the secured parameter 😡
RecommendedWhat sets U Pointe apart is the care given by Sophia. She made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. She took time to answer questions and help us make the right choices. Witnessing the care that was also given to another parent via phone that could not make it to the tour truly showed us Sophia has the customers best interest at heart! U Pointe’s amenities and the up to date housing options they offer sets this apartment complex as someplace I highly recommend visiting.
My son is there now and is a great tenant. However, there has been a girl living in the apartment with her boyfriend, Ryan, that doesn’t pay rent, not on the lease and has brought 3 cats to live in the apartment as well. Heather has been living there for 3 months or more .... FREE! It’s a two bedroom apartment. My son loves the convenience but since the complex is doing nothing I feel the apartment complex is breaking the lease agreement. I would move him tomorrow if I could.
