I have been living here for about half a year now and so far it has been a great experience and the service is always timely. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality living on campus and convenience.
I have lived in 309 for almost 3 years. I don't want to leave this place because I have so much fun memory. Love the staffs in the office! They are really helpful and friendly. Love the office for restoring the package and mature system. Love the guys who fix your apartment problems. They would complete your fix request really fast and it's been a great pleasure living here under my U of I experience. Thank you 309!
Your wifi sucks ass. Management walks in my room twice a week. You're charging us for washing machine/dryers that "we broke" that actually haven't been working from week 1. We get 0 notification for packages that come in. THE ELEVATORS MAKE ME LATE TO CLASS EVERYDAY. The service elevator/a normal elevator is out of order 65% of the time. 70% of the gym equipment you advertise actually doesn't work. Your pool was closed the first 2 weeks of school which is a big deal considering we can only use it for a very limited time duri... read more
It was a good experience over all. Spacious, great view and like-new appliances. They could do better with the Internet speed, cable reception and the elevators (which were fully functional for only about half the time I lived there). Wish they'd fix the hot tub as it's part of the advertising. Friendly staff, it just seems to need a little better management.
