Gross A gross apartment. Dirty everywhere when I moved in and they said the room i was moving into hadn’t been lived in for a year and it smelled like dog per and had an inch of dust and hair in it. The hot tub never worked or had water. The rest of the place had trash cause of dirty drunk college kids. The internet didn’t work well and they didn’t care to fix the WiFi they just said there is probably a lot of users on. I would highly recommend 309 e green. Their amenities are delightful, with a magnificent gym and pool all being eight floors up — even having a hot tub next to the pool. Rooms are comfy but can get a bit chilly during the winter season.
309 is a fantastic place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it if you can afford it, as it does tend to be on the pricier side. This is well deserved, with the fantastic and modern finishes in the apartment and especially kitchen area. The higher floors provide a beautiful view, regardless of the side you're on. The only issues I can name are that the rooms are not the largest, and come poorly furnished, so bring your own dressers and everything if you want storage space. The apartments are very spacious and our 24th floor one has a great view! Maintenance is quick and the mailing system is super convenient. Only complaint is the whole check-in thing at night and the fact that our apartment has an older TV. A great place to live in the end though!
Nice apartments, good location on campus, great views, a lot of cute dogs live here and mostly importantly, right next to lion.

The apartments themselves are pretty nice. We do have a old TV though, which was unexpected for the price. They have a pool and hot tub which is nice but the gym is ok at best. The indoor parking is plus especially during the winter. Overall its pretty nice

309 is a very good location to live as it is right on Green St. the rooms are spacious and living area is nice as well. Living on a higher floor gives you spectacular views too. The elevators are usually pretty slow and a lot of things break easily in the apartment but other than that it is a overall decent place to live.
