Elevators take so long and are frequently broken. Poor staff communication with tenants
Best thing is definately the view of campus and the front office staff are always friendly and understanding. I've already signed to live here again next year.
Living in 309 has been a great experience! The amenities are great, the rooms are awesome and the staff is super helpful and friendly!
Management is great! Maintenance always honors work orders! The rooms are very luxurious and it has a great set up. I would recommend this apartment!!

I love living in 309 Green!! It is so close to campus and is located on Green Street which means I can walk anywhere I need to go. The amenities such as the pool and gym make it so that I never have to leave to have fun. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can tell that they are trying their best to make the living experience the best it can be. I really enjoyed living at 309. There were a few problems with the elevators and hotub but other than that I can't complain. The people who live here are very friendly and the maintenence men are always around if you're having any problems. The gym is small but nice and there is a lounge area with $1.50 Starbucks Coffee which was very convenient. I wouldn't live anywhere else. I really enjoyed 309.
