RecommendedI live here and love it. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Everyone in management is friendly and helpful. Residents smile, say hello and get to know one another - that’s pretty rare. The location is absolutely perfect.
We couldn't be happier living at 306 West Apartments. The location is perfect, the management is amazing, and the apartments themselves are high quality. Not only is this place very friendly and welcoming for humans, it is also a great place if you have a furry friend. If you ever need anything fixed or replaced, Bob is the man! He comes in quickly and does a great job (he will even leave a milk bone for your furry friend). These apartments are amazing!!! Just moved here a month ago from California and the management here has been absolutely incredible to work with. Michelle and Lindsey are fantastic and offer great customer service. Love the early morning donuts for all residents to 24/7 coffee in our community room. It's been a great experience. I highly recommend living here, you will find the overall experience to me amazing!!!!
Great building, management, and ISP - and not to be undersold, gas hookups on the concrete porches is A+! At last, a developer who thinks folks should be able to cook with *fire* - others could learn something from AlexanderRE here :)
