My husband and I currently live here and we love it so much. Emma is so kind and helpful and everyone in the apartment community is friendly. Had a couple maintenance issues but they were all fixed right away. It’s quiet and we love living right in Main Street. Highly recommend!
Nice place to live post grad. They seem to be "improving" a lot so management always had a reason to need to enter apartment for internet, blinds, or other things. Some units are definitely better than others. Took me over a year to get my security deposit back.
Loved the esthetic of 301 Main! Such a unique atmosphere - perfect for anyone wanting to explore downtown living. Received a tour from Emma! She was the sweetest ever and gave me all the answers to all of my questions. I can tell management here is top tier! 10/10 would recommend.
I absolutely loved the apartment, however management here is terrible. Trying to get in touch with the landlord Abbie Miller was a nightmare. Every message I sent went unanswered for weeks and often times weren't answered unless I sent multiple messages regarding the same issue. When she finally did answer it was always hopeful and I was promised that she would resolve the issue. Unfortunately none of my concerns/issues were ever resolved. Pros: The building is extremely cool, the renovations look amazing when done, the property managers are extremely responsive to concerns, and it's obvious they care about the place. Abbie was super nice about prorating rent while I moved out, and even lent me internet at the beginning of my stay. Another reviewer complained about pest inspections, but I rather like that they're trying really hard to make sure the building is clean.
