Vintage living comes with vintage problems. While this building is cute and charming, there are a few annoyances I've encountered living here over the years. I lived here 2022-2023 and 2025-present. The units themselves are all unique, some with much more living space / practical layouts than others and are priced accordingly. The walls are extremely thin between units; I can hear my neighbors talk, cough, sneeze, etc. The exterior walls are brick, with very little insulation. I lived at 301 main for 5 years during graduate collage and had a great experience. The building is charming and because a lot of the walls are plaster it was really quiet. I never had any issues with the other people who lived there, everyone was always really nice. Management have done a great job improving the building including modern washers and driers that are free for residents to use. My husband and I currently live here and we love it so much. Emma is so kind and helpful and everyone in the apartment community is friendly. Had a couple maintenance issues but they were all fixed right away. It’s quiet and we love living right in Main Street. Highly recommend!
Nice place to live post grad. They seem to be "improving" a lot so management always had a reason to need to enter apartment for internet, blinds, or other things. Some units are definitely better than others. Took me over a year to get my security deposit back.
Loved the esthetic of 301 Main! Such a unique atmosphere - perfect for anyone wanting to explore downtown living. Received a tour from Emma! She was the sweetest ever and gave me all the answers to all of my questions. I can tell management here is top tier! 10/10 would recommend.
