I'm a current resident at 3003 Van Ness and it's a friggin joke. Management does not care in the slightest about any issues. Many of the washing machines will never work. It's a coin flip if you have heat or AC because the building will turn it off with zero notice. The building itself is crumbling, large areas in the garage levels and first couple floors of holes, broken concrete, many types of structural damage. 3003 Van Ness was at the TOP of my list until I tried to tour virtually and received unprofessional, subpar service. Long story short: I had to re-schedule 3 times at the leasing consultant's (Dianne) whim. Dianne was also an HOUR late to the tour, was unapologetic about it, and then tried to blame it on me not answering her call--when I had told her I had another prior commitment then.
