My son used to live there! Beautiful but too Expensive. I like the area though! The thing I don't like is that when you cook the whole apartment stinks!

I have lived here for 3 years now and I love it!! 3000 Sage is Amazing and most conveniently located apartments.
I am doing this review as a dog owner. If you do not own dogs 3000 Sage is a great place to live. However if you own a dog please be advised you WILL loose your pet deposit and have to owe them money. I have two trained 6-8 year old Shih Tzus who are cleaner than some people and 3000 Sage has taken my $400 pet deposit, $400 pet fee and my $300 transfer fee to move to a bigger apartment and give them another year, all to replace my carpet which was not brand new when I moved in.
