RecommendedShelby and Valerie were amazing. I moved from out of state and they took every fear and worry away. My apartment looked just like the apartment the showed me. You can honestly tell they care about the residents at this community. I’m happy I made this my home.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. If you value customer service and hospitality this is NOT the place for you. I was so excited to move here and looking to lease an apartment. However I was met with DISGUSTING customer service. VALERIE at the front office is very rude, ill-informed, and extremely unprofessional. It is very appalling the level of unprofessionalism she displayed on numerous accounts. It is a surprise that she has a job there. Great place to live. Location is fantastic, rent isn't cheap but for the area its one of the more affordable you'll find. Staff is helpful and prompt in their response to issues. Highly recommend it if you're looking to live in this area of town.
We really enjoy staying hear. Its offers a lot for the price. Go live in Chicago and see what you get with this price. I'm sure you will return. To add, its has great location. Because we love shopping in Houston Galleria.
