Waste of My Money – I tried this spa for something new. I don't normally feel compelled to leave negative reviews after one experience, but this time I do. The prices are incredibly high for the location and what you get. 50 minutes is not enough when nicer spas in center city charge less for a full hour and you're not rushed. In the waiting room, the guests are bombarded with videos trying to convince you to get expensive services. Finally Had Enough – I've been going to 3000bc for many years. I'm finally done. They no longer offer nail services, for one. I've found other spas with better prices and I never realized how rushed I was until I went elsewhere. This spa is pretending to be high end. Don't waste your money there.
Horrible Spa Experience Do not go to this spa if you are interested in being treated like a customer and relax. The service was brief and rushed from the front desk to the end of the service.
Bad Facial Trying to get a fresh start to the spring, I decided to get a facial at 3000 bc. The staff was rushing me through and the service ended up being short and not very thorough. Not only did I waste my time but I spent a lot of money. The "I don't care" attitude was quite surprising. I do not recommend.
Overpriced for what you get My husband treated me to a day at the spa for my birthday. I arrived early to relax a bit but found that there is no place to do that. The size of the spa is quite small for relaxation. I was taken late to most of the three appointments (massage, facial and pedicure). The only one of the services that was average was the facial, the massage and pedicure was below average. Huge disappointment!
Outstanding Experience – I have been to high end spas throughout the country and have found 3000BC to be the best. I am in the medical profession and lead a very busy and stressful life. Upon entering 3000BC I found the staff to be very helpfull. The therapists are the best anywhere in the country. Awesome Spa Services & Friendly Staff – I have been to 3000BC several times since the middle of 2008, and I have always been completely satisfied with the overall experience. The front desk staff continually provides personal and friendly service, as well as information on the advanced skin care services and products. Poor Service I see another person had a bad customer service experience as I did. I went them once and I waited until someone appeared at the reception desk. I had asked for a female therapist but got a male with the explanation of that's all we have available. I attempted to go again with a friend and I was treated very rudely by the business manager who was also quite surly. Good massage; terrible service – You go to a spa for a relaxing experience. On my first visit no one was available to greet me at reception. On my 2nd attempt for an appointment, my guest had a gift card that went beyond the expiration date (due to family illness issues). They would not honor it because "they didn't have to" and the manager stated "I don't have to tell you why". The owner didn't care to respond.
