I tried 3000BC for my monthly facial on advice from friend. I was impressed by the clean and beautiful facility. Cool place, great vibe, friendly staff. What surprised me was the free expert complexion analysis - VISIA service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable. I left the spa not only feeling renewed but the Visia report showed a lot of sun damage and so later on I saw my doctor and got some pre-cancer spots attended to talk about excellent skincare!! WOW. I'll be back.
First visit - received extremely good massage and mini facial bonus. nice people took care of me. I got an email about weekly specials and $aved some dough too. Karly and Leighann both recommended. I'll be back.

3000 Bc is simply the best facial in philly im an avid yelper, so i love reading reviews. i've been to many spas in and aroudn philly. i don't really understand these negative reviews of 3000bc i love this spa! i guess when you're the best, the haters will PROTEST. i haven't been able to find anyplace that better skin care treatments that 3000BC, the VISIA machine is mind blowing! they are serious about skin care, they have 3 doctors, they have two skin care lines that they created! the amazing staff always helps me get the ... read more

OMG 3000BC changed my life with VISIA Repeat customer here, love this spa for its better than average services, high quality skincare products and friendly down to earth staff.
poor management – disgusted by the way clients are treated. are forced to buy products that are not needed. appears that all this spa is interested in is money, and not a relaxing environment for the client. when i go to a "high end" spa, i want the best, not the worst, which is what i experienced. upper management is juvenile at best, don't waste your money, don't waste your time. the so called "vp" of the spa, barry, is rude, crude, unprofessional....need i say more??
