Stay away! Total lack of ethics, not responsive, disrespect for clients.
I lived at The Grove which is managed by 3 points properties for 6 months. it was the worst experience EVER. DO NOT LIVE there. pool did not open all year, neighbor had a pit bull that constantly kept me up and management did NOTHING to resolve. I specifically requested not living next to a dog. maintenance was a joke as a few things needed to be taken care of before I moved in.
