3 GRACES IS NO GOOD! – No good! They try to up sell you and personally I thought the employee who administered my botox was stuck up! She seemed completely annoyed with her job. I will never go back! There are many places in Austin who do a much better job! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AVOID THIS SPA. There are so many in Austin that are better – This was the worst spa experience I have ever had. I went for a photofacial. The owner did my treatment. The treatment room is in her office. She came in and out 4 times and then spent 10 minutes on my face talking incessantly the whole time. horrible laser service - DON'T GO HERE FOR LASER! – I had a Groupon for this salon. I found a separate deal for underarm service which was even less than the Groupon. My plan was to pay for underarm and then use the Groupon towards one of their more expensive laser services on my face. Great Spa and Great prices – I love 3 graces. The atmosphere, people and prices are so wonderful. I go for foto facials and have had brilliant success. My skin has changed completely and I look around 28 years old now...(I just turned 41) Other spas and derm offices charge so much more for less results. I highly recommend 3 graces and am not sure where the unfavorable reviews have come from. Burned by legs, had scars for over 8 months – I went to have some hair laser removal on my legs summer of 2008. The biggest mistake ever. It wasn't my first time to have my legs lasered, but it was my first time at 3 Graces, and absolutely the last. I started to get a funny feeling when the owner that lasers my legs said we didn't need to wear any glasses. AMAZING EXPERIENCE – I came to 3 Graces for microdermabrasion as well as Prevelle filler for my lips. I was beyond impressed with the results of both procedures. Margerite administered my microderm (something I've had done many times before at various spas). The results were the best I've ever had. Michelle, the medical aesthetician, did an amazing job on my lip filler. I have had my lips done at APSI Skin Care many times before and gotten mediocre (sometimes lumpy, sometimes uneven) results. Very Rude!!! – I wish there was a way to give a negative star rating! I had an appointment scheduled for 2 pm, received a call stating they were overbooked and had rescheduled my appointment for 130. I called and told them I would be late for the earlier appointment, was told no problem they would make it work. Upon my arrival the rude esthetician told me she could not see me because I was terribly late. She then decided to treat me anyway. Priscilla is an amazing masseuse. – I've had maybe 30 massages in my life, and this was definitely the best so far. This was my first time there, and Priscilla is an incredible masseuse. A friend came with me, Julie was her masseuse, and she said it was excellent. There must be better spas in Austin... – I find it interesting that every time this spa has a negative review they respond by claiming that they never had appointments of that type when the reviewer was there and that they must be "confused with another spa".
