Dealership salesman was very good friendly the vehicle oil was changed, transmission??, and the check engine light had not been addressed, even though there was no warranty/as-is I feel there should’ve been at least a 90 day warranty! Rather than say they were not obligated to see the fault that triggered the engine light, because of the miles, and I found it somewhat insulting to tell me their module to read codes only worked on Fords, but it could turn the light out as I requested to see it it would return. Very nice people at this dealership the truck was clean inside and out I really like my 2011 Yukon Denali XL so I would recommend them give them a try very nice cars and trucks on the lot they will work with you in any situation enjoy..

In my whole 20 year car buying life I've never had an experience remotely close to the experience i had at this car lot. Over time I've bought new and used cars an each experience was hassle free and mostly pleasant in terms of the overall car buying experience. I saw a vehicle i like and red flag 1 was the price had dropped $7000 from it initial listing which tells me it was severally over priced for a used car lot. Overall, the lot was very crowded with vehicles and not many in good/decent shape. The liberty was Ok. Once I started the Jeep, I realized that the a/c didn't blow out cool air, but they quickly fixed that be adding freon. After test driving, and trying to negotiate a better price, they weren't interested in my offer, so I left. After viewing many CAR LOTS, my conclusion is to buy from a DEALERSHIP. I rather pay a little extra for cleanliness and have a better choice of vehicles that are better taken care of.
