3 Bean Coffee turned into Luke's Diner for the Gilmore Girl 16th birthday. My daughter and I are big fans. 3 Bean Coffee was wonderful! Clean, the staff was super nice and the bacon quiche was to die for!! We are looking forward to coming back and trying all the quiche!!!
If the array of delicious and thoughtfully curated coffee and tea offerings wasn’t enough. The welcoming atmosphere created by the laid back and comfortable decor, is lovely. But, the greatest point of distinction from other local coffee shops is, the staff. They are engaging, kind and helpful to customers, from regular, to newcomer. It’s why I go at least once a week. Plus, their insanely talented at concocting amazing drinks and original food menu items.
