You can't find an uglier condo/apartment building in the Village District. Cheap exterior design with no thought whatsoever. And at $600 per sq. foot. What a joke? Just look at the new apartments that were finished by Walgreens. Now that builder knows how to build attractive modern living. Even the student housing across the street from 29 Enterprise looks better.
New update. (June 2025). Look at the lovely white plastic dryer vent covers that they’ve added in a couple places. Then some of the others have the paint already peeling off. A builder could not have gone cheaper. He probably spent less than five dollars for each of these. I Rarely do reviews, but in this case I will make an exception. In December of 2024 I purchased a condo at 29 Enterprise Street. I have lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and the location is outstanding. I put a deposit down on a unit as soon as they broke ground for construction. I had the opportunity to watch the condos being built at each and every step as I only lived a block away. The builder of 29 Enterprise Street was on site every day from morning until night.
