Great place to live in a great location. The building is clean and well-maintained. Property management is responsive and the front desk staff is top-notch.
I cannot recommend 2800 Woodley Apartments highly enough. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, and the building is a five-minute walk from the elevator entrance to the Woodley Park Zoo/Adams Morgan Metro Station. The front desk receptionists are all super friendly and helpful. Leasing and management respond to emails right away. Anytime I requested maintenance, someone was in my unit to assist within 24 hours, and the service was always outstanding. I've loved living at 2800 Woodley. Moving processes were smooth, and all staff are welcoming and friendly. Any maintenance requests were handled extremely quickly. Bittersweet to move out.
The most wonderful living experience I've come across in DC! The front desk, leasing, management, and maintenance staff are all incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. The building is so well maintained, they're constantly working to make small improvements. I would highly, highly recommend to anyone considering 2800 Woodley.
Been here for two years and couldn't ask for more! Nice roof deck, friendly front office, prompt/professional maintenance - plus a well kept historic building.
