2800 Woodley was the best apartment I've ever lived in. Staff and management are kind and helpful. For renters I'd highly recommend it here over any of the "luxury" towers in the area.
If there were no star reviews that’s what would be given here. After living in this building for 10 years, I can say that, Management is horrible! It feels that you constantly have to argue or push just to get things addressed. Communication is poor, unprofessional, and they have a tendency to gaslight. It’s completely exhausting to deal with. I just moved in today and the experience so far has been amazing. Vanisha, the front desk staff, the maintenance staff have all been so helpful and welcoming, it's hard not to immediately feel at home. Vanisha and the property management team have made the application and move-in process so seamless and straightforward, I could not be more appreciative.
Great place to live in a great location. The building is clean and well-maintained. Property management is responsive and the front desk staff is top-notch.
I cannot recommend 2800 Woodley Apartments highly enough. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, and the building is a five-minute walk from the elevator entrance to the Woodley Park Zoo/Adams Morgan Metro Station. The front desk receptionists are all super friendly and helpful. Leasing and management respond to emails right away. Anytime I requested maintenance, someone was in my unit to assist within 24 hours, and the service was always outstanding.
